Got a website designer you like? We can still work with you
There are plenty of excellent design companies out there doing ecommerce, and being loyal to one that's served you well doesn't mean we can't help too

Building, maintaining or supporting retail systems is quite different to online shop design.
We come across this situation too often. A retailer approaches a reputable website design company and asks them to help create an e-commerce site for the business. The design company says yes, they can do that, they can work with that platform, they can design your site, they can organise your content management system.
You get the site you want and it looks just great.
But then your site's down, what do you do? Ask your designer what's wrong and they may be able to help, but this can only go so far, and when your business starts to see high growth and the problems aren't just at the front end, what is the designer really to be expected to do about it?
We Do Software
At Open Plus we're retail technology consultants and we can and we do work alongside other companies in the e-commerce and muliti-channel retail environments.
We don't design the look of your site. We do software.
We make sure that your systems are robust enough across the board to deal with the business you and your design company cultivate.
We ensure your systems and flexible enough and scalable enough for the vicissitudes of online retail throughout the peaks and the troughs of the trading year.
So if you really like your designers but are still having system outage and down-time problems, don't panic, and most of all don't lose loyal friends!
We're happy to work with e-commerce platforms like Magento for front end and integrate them with ERP systems like Apache OFBiz for scalable back office functions, to provide your business with a robust system, ready for growth.
Make high growth retail your asset, not a liability. You can still hold on to your good looks.
