Multi-Party Implementations
Open+ are very comfortable working in multi-party implementations where three or more organisations may be involved to deliver a complete project.
In addition, Open+ are used to having different involvement levels during the lifecycle of a project. For example, training internal personnel to develop, QA, test and maintain a solution and for Open+ to transition into a 2nd Level technical support function. In a few projects, Open+ have supplied Interim management roles to manage all commercial as well as the technical aspects of a project.

Troubleshooting
Open+ is often asked to come in and rescue a high growth company being strangled by it’s existing IT systems. We provide a very simple troubleshooting package. We analyse your existing systems, looking for areas of improvement, security, reliability, single points of failure, development processes/procedures, deployment processes/procedures, infrastructure assessment and a scalability assessment. We then provide a risk assessment along with recommendations. There is no obligation to use Open+ for recommended remedies and we are always happy to work with an existing supplier during and after a troubleshooting exercise.
